Harry North founded Creative Environments over thirty-four years ago, while earning his bachelors degree in biology from Humbolt State University. Born and raised in Marin County, he obtained much of his design sense as a young boy from many family backpacking trips into the rugged eastern Sierras. His early childhood memories are of working on bonsai with his mother. Harry’s favorite gardens still have an Asian theme.

She joined our team in 2014, after graduating from the University of California at Davis with a BA.
